ABOUT US
Imagine if there was genuine choice when it came to where we lived. Perhaps near employment, family & opportunity - or where we can exercise, walk the dog and picnic on weekends. To find the right housing, in the right location at the right price is rare - yet it need not be. This alignment of need, demographics and product provides choice - and is key to our mission at Liveable Australia.
If our mission is to provide choice, then why is this important? For us this matters, because choice is a product of the removal of housing related stresses - including those related to product, cost, and availability - as well as location, appropriateness and tenure to name a few - that when addressed - together make a place liveable. In line with this, at Liveable Australia our purpose is to reduce housing stress and foster calm through creating an ecosystem of housing supply and delivering it as a service - what we call ‘housing as a service’ (HAAS).
Recognising shelter as a foundational human need - Liveable Australia aims to create a scalable network of housing that embodies choice, fairness and autonomy - that is affordable and available. It is housing that is created sustainably, with great care and for the long term - to positively improve its lifecycle, quality and liveability - as well as the wellbeing of its occupants, communities and the planet that sustains us all.
Our mission is to create better outcomes for all Australians when it comes to housing - and provide the foundations for all to live well.
Welcome to Liveable Australia.
